TUBEs isolate, enrich, and identify ubiquitinated proteins from cell and tissue extracts. Magnetic TUBE 2 beads allow efficient recovery without centrifugation, improving removal of unbound material and reducing background. Polyubiquitinated proteins can be easily eluted for proteomic or Western blot analysis.
